Mrs Jumoke Quadri (JQ) is a qualified Accountant, School Business Manager, School Governor, member of the Institute of Administrative Management and a dedicated and experienced educationist with over 20 years post qualification experience in the Corporate Finance and Education sectors.

JQ is the Finance Director at MEaP and is responsible for setting and agreeing a viable financial strategy and plan that ensures sustainability and solvency for the organisation. JQ is also responsible for providing detailed financial knowledge and experience to provide advice and guidance to the board, in addition to helping the board to identify when specialist skills and experience in audit, fraud or human resources are required.

JQ has also worked extensively as a School Business Manager, Accountant, Administrator and Head of School both nationally and internationally.

Education (School Business Manager)

JQ’s roles in the education sector have been very strategic with broad knowledge ranging from working as a Finance Supervisor with Haringey Council to working as a School Business Manager/Administrator and Head of School. In all of her educational roles, JQ has always ensured that the School Improvement Plans were met while raising educational standards.

Accountant

As an Accountant, JQ’s various roles include having worked in organisations such as the BBC, Tate and Lyle, Barratt Homes and amongst others as Finance Manager, Management Accountant and Head of Finance Departments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes.

International Education

JQ has also worked as a Head of School with financial oversight at the Christ Ambassador International College in Nigeria.

JQ is very passionate about community education and the value-added education of children and young adults, where she also believes in and practices strong financial governance in order to achieve effective service provision in the educational settings that she has worked in.
